Kepa is born and raised on Maui and started working construction at the age of seventeen. Construction quickly became his passion and began dreaming of starting his own company. The name Young Ambition comes from his admirable work ethic and desire to achieve goals. Kepa takes pride in achieving quality work and maintaining high standards because you deserve the only the best. His charisma and compassion for others makes him an excellent founder and perfect guy for your next job.
Meet Kelly!
Kelly is the backbone of Young Ambition. She does it all from answering client emails, questions, sending estimates, invoices, to even helping out on the front lines of jobs. Her background in hospitality creates a welcoming environment for all clients and provides a great experience from start to finish. While newer to the construction world, her adaptability and quick learning has made her an excellent addition to the team.
